It is a big week for Sunderland‘s rising star, Tom A Smith. A performance on popular weekend TV show, Sunday Brunch, will follow the release of his brand new single, Weirdo.
It follows Little Bits and Like You Do, and precedes next month’s EP3 release, with previous tracks catching the sought-after attention of BBC Radio 1, Radio X and more.
Tom worked with Miles Kane on his third EP, and performed a track with the man himself on Soccer AM recently.
And with artists such as Courteeners, James, and Elton John picking Tom out as a special guest for their tours recently, he is no stranger to mixing with the big names.
The North East singer-songwriter will return to Glastonbury Festival on the Left Field stage this year, where he has been selected once again by Billy Bragg.
Tom will also feature at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend alongside the likes of The 1975, Tom Grennan, and Pale Waves.
Weirdo is released THIS Friday – May 19th! EP3 is out June 30th.
