After selling our their four-night residency at Manchester’s O2 Apollo, which included some very special guests and a run of perfectly executed live performances, Stockport five-piece Blossoms have now announced two big outdoor headline shows for summer 2023.

It will form part of the Sounds Of The City concert series, which heads to Manchester’s Castlefield Bowl annually and now also Leeds’ Millennium Square. Blossoms will play Castlefield Bowl on Thursday 6th July and Millennium Square on Saturday 8 July, with Inspiral Carpets supporting in Manchester and Miles Kane in Leeds.

The latter was one of a number of special guests who joined the band on stage for their finest tour to date, including Rick Astley, Brooke Combe, Liam Fray, and Melanie C. Throughout the Ribbon Around The Bomb chapter, there has been a clear indication of a band avoiding genre pigeonholes and working hard to create a carefully crafted and unique live music show for their fans.

From seamless segues to fan-favourite mash-ups, Blossoms are one of UK indie’s shining lights and the latest announcement shows there are no signs of slowing down anytime soon.

Tickets are available from 9am on Thursday 15 December here.
