The Jesus and Mary Chain and The Psychedelic Furs are joining forces for a co-headline tour in 2027.
The shoegaze and post-punk stalwarts will be performing at eight venues across the UK in January.
Masterminded by Scottish brothers Jim and William Reid in 1983, The Jesus and Mary Chain transformed alternative music with their unique sound, driven by their influential 1985 debut ‘Psychocandy’, featuring fan favourite track “Just Like Honey”.
Formed in 1977, The Psychedelic Furs redefined punk and art rock, and their landmark 1981 album, ‘Talk Talk Talk’ achieved widespread recognition, featuring classic single, “Pretty in Pink”.
Now, the two bands are coming together for a special run of shows, including Leeds, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Manchester.

Tickets are on sale tomorrow (Friday 25th September 2026) at 10am via the following link: https://www.aegpresents.co.uk/event/the-jesus-and-mary-chain-the-psychedelic-furs/.
