The Coral are embracing nostalgia, 30 years on from starting out as a band, with the release of visuals for You And Me (And The Beautiful Sea).
The track features on 388, the Merseyside band’s incredible surprise album released earlier this year.
Ahead of their 388 UK & Ireland Tour next month, the band have teamed up again with James Slater, the director of their acclaimed 2025 documentary, Dreaming of You: The Making of The Coral, for the video release.
Keyboardist, Nick Power commented: “It’s the song that really provides the thread to the past, the present, and the road ahead. An ode to the magic of songwriting, memory and friendship.
“We instantly decided it should be recorded live, without much instrumentation: three voices and a guitar. Campfire music.”
You can see the new music out on the road this year, including dates in Sheffield, Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, and Glasgow.
