Leeds Festival returns to the grounds of Bramham Park for 2026 this week, with festival goers set to experience an entirely reimagined arena layout boasting brand new stages.
In a big shift for the event, Kasabian will also step up to crown the festival’s first ever official Thursday night headline slot.
The Leicester indie icons will set the scene before Friday brings a dual headliner bill featuring the high-octane electronic energy of Chase & Status alongside indie powerhouse Florence + The Machine.
Saturday will be headlined by Charli XCX and Irish post-punk poets Fontaines D.C, before rapper Dave and pop sensation RAYE closes this year’s event.
REDEFINING THE ARENA: THE NEW STAGES
The physical landscape of Leeds Festival undergoes a massive transformation this year, replacing older setups with tailored, high-production venues built for specific live experiences…
The Grid: Taking centre stage, this newly designed mammoth main stage serves as the primary ground for the weekend’s biggest defining moments and headliners.
The Gallery: An expansive, undercover visual playground driven by cutting-edge screen production and immersive lighting rigs.
The Warehouse: Built specifically for dance and electronic music purists, complete with elevated viewing platforms.
The Ballroom: A revamped stylized, atmospheric space dedicated entirely to breakthrough acts and emerging talent.
The Canopy: A striking tri-span marquee designed to highlight breaking artists and future festival headliners.
Late-night stalwarts LS23 and Piccadilly Party will both return to power the official after-hours programming.

Thursday (7:00 PM) – Arkayla at The Grid: Kickstart your weekend early at the main stage. Manchester indie outfit Arkayla take over The Grid in the prime early evening slot, laying down anthem-ready indie hooks to warm up the crowd right before Kasabian’s history-making opening set.

Saturday (12:20 PM) – Bleech:93 at The Ballroom: If you need an early afternoon pick-me-up on Saturday, head straight to The Ballroom. Alt-rock and grunge newcomers Bleech:93 promise to bring the energy in the early afternoon, and as one of the festival’s most hotly tipped names, you can be sure it won’t be long before they outgrow the smaller stages. Sunday (1:45 PM) – The North at The Ballroom: Before the heavy hitters take over the final evening, carve out time on Sunday afternoon for The North on home turf in Leeds. Delivering atmospheric indie-rock, their early-afternoon slot at The Ballroom promises to be one of the weekend’s most rewarding breakthrough discoveries.
