Music Venue Trust (MVT) and The National Lottery have announced more artists and extra shows for “Everywhere At Once”, the UK-wide live music weekend across grassroots music venues.
The events will take place across what would have been Glastonbury Festival if not for the fallow year (June 26th-28th).
Over 400 grassroots music venues will host hundreds of live music events in what is being described as the “UK’s biggest festival”.
New artists announced include Fatboy Slim, Glenn Tilbrook (Squeeze), Lucy Spraggan, and Westside Cowboy.
Glenn Tilbrook will be performing on the Theatreship in East London’s Canary Wharf, Lucy Spraggan is at The Sub Rooms in Stroud, and fast-rising Manchester band, Westside Cowboy, are playing a hometown show at Low Four.
Details of Fatboy Slim’s show, and how to get tickets, will be announced in the run up to the festival weekend.
Elsewhere in today’s big reveal, Gene will be playing shows in Southampton, Newport and Lancaster, D Double E is heading to The Brickworks in Nottingham, and P Money will play at Suki10c in Birmingham.
It’s also positive news for fans of The Lathums who missed out on their two previously announced shows which sold out in minutes…
The Wigan band have added an extra show at Preston’s The Ferret.

Fatboy Slim commented: “I’ve been lucky enough to play huge stages all over the world, but grassroots venues are where it all started for me and where music scenes really begin, where artists learn their craft, where communities form, and where people come together purely for the love of it.
“Without grassroots venues, independent promoters and local crowds taking a chance on something new, none of this exists. These spaces are vital for culture and for local communities, so if there’s anything I can do to help shine a light on them and help keep that spirit alive, I’m more than happy to be involved.
“And if you care about music, go out and support your local venues, buy a ticket, discover somebody new, and be part of keeping those scenes alive.”
More than 2,000 artists will perform across the weekend, representing a plethora of genres.
Everywhere At Once, powered by The National Lottery, will be delivered by Music Venue Trust alongside Save Our Scene and the Association of Independent Promoters.
Fans will also be given the chance to support a range of music charities when purchasing tickets, with donations supporting War Child, Nordoff and Robbins, Help Musicians, and Teenage Cancer Trust.
