Liverpool‘s rising indie poets, Keyside, are back with their new single made for the sunshine, Lemon and Lime.
Soundtracking “the joy of parks in the summer with friends” according to the band, it follows the likes of Nikita and Michael (What’s Your Call?) which gained BBC Radio 1 and 6 Music airplay.
Following suit, the new track has already been named as Track of the Week on the BBC Radio 1 Introducing show with Jess Iszatt and BBC Introducing Merseyside.
The single is accompanied by a video starring BAFTA-nominated actor, Dylan Thomas-Smith, acclaimed for his role in ITV’s G’wed, out tomorrow at 3pm.
Frontman, Dani-Lee Parker commented:“It’s about those nights where you’re completely out of control in the best possible way: carving your name somewhere you shouldn’t, being with someone you can’t stop thinking about, that feeling that nothing can touch you.”
The band sold out their debut UK tour last year, including a landmark homecoming show at the 1,200 capacity Liverpool O2 Academy.
They kicked off 2026 opening for The Automatic and The Clause, and are also set to embark on a run of UK tour and festival dates this year.
