Shiiine On Weekender Returns In November – Happy Mondays, Feeder, Hard-Fi & More

The Shiiine On Weekender is returning to Minehead this November to celebrate its 11th year.

They have announced the biggest lineup in the festival’s history, across a full weekend of live music, DJ sets, comedy, exhibits and special events.

This year’s edition will be headlined by The Wonder Stuff, Happy Mondays, Feeder, and Hard-Fi, with the likes of The Bluetones, The Twang, and Inspiral Carpets also featuring.

This year also introduces a number of new stages and unique experiences, including An Afternoon With Jim Bob, including a curated stage, DJ set, and talk, and Shiine On Unplugged, a new acoustic stage with intimate sets from Badly Drawn BoyBen Ottewell (Gomez)Ian Prowse (Pele), and The Real People.

The comedy stage, hosted by Dom Joly, presents the 25th Anniversary live show of Trigger Happy TV, while renowned artist Pete McKee returns with a brand-new exhibition, The Boy With a Leg Named Brian.

And of course, festival goers will be treated to signature experiences such as Bez’s legendary pool party, In conversation, with Blur’s Dave Rowntree (and an accompanying DJ set), indie parties from radio DJs Steve Lamacq and Andy Bush, and quiz and bingo with Alan Leach (Shed Seven).
