One of our ‘Ones to Watch in 2026’, Fiona-Lee has released her first taste of new music this year…
The East Yorkshire artist has announced her second EP ‘Every Woman’ (pre-order here), released April 17th via Gravity / Capitol Records.
To celebrate the news, the title-track ‘Every Woman’ (video here) has been released, alongside news of a debut UK headline tour this spring.
Fiona-Lee commented on the track: “‘Every Woman’ is about sexual assault, a subject that remains dangerously silenced. Despite how common it is, rape culture attaches shame to the conversation.
“It’s clear we have failed and are still failing to teach young men how to respect women. This song is about releasing that shame and reclaiming power. It’s about taking action and confronting those who should be held accountable.
“I want women to hear it and feel anger – not as something to suppress, but as something validating and energising. And I want men to hear it and know this song is addressing them, and calling on them to take responsibility.”
The EP sees Fiona-Lee teaming up with acclaimed producer, Thom Lewis (Sam Fender – ‘Hypersonic Missiles’ and ‘Seventeen Going Under’).
‘Every Woman’ follows previous EP reveals ‘Victim’ and ‘Imposter’.
The debut UK headline tour in April sees Fiona-Lee stepping into the headline spot following successful support slots with CMAT and Miles Kane.
It includes headline dates in Hull and Manchester, coinciding with the EP release and preceding numerous festival appearances and a support slot with Paul Weller.
