Ahead of his eagerly anticipated headline tour next year, rising singer-songwriter Alex Spencer is back with a brand new single, ‘Masks’.
The track is the first offering from Alex’s forthcoming EP, which will land in 2026.
Alex commented: “At the time of writing ‘Masks’ I was struggling with some internal battles in my head and a lot of self-doubt.
“The song wrestles with the fear of vulnerability and the longing to be seen for who you really are beneath the facade.
I know it’s not just me, this song is for everyone and anyone who’s ever struggled and is afraid to speak up, or felt the pressure to appear “strong” when they’re falling apart inside.”
Fresh off the back of supporting The Black Keys at Alexandra Palace Park earlier this year, Alex’s own tour will run throughout February 2026.
The tour kicks off on Saturday 14th February at Edinburgh’s Sneaky Pete’s, before culminating at The Lower Third in London on February 24th for the sixth and final date.
The tour will also see Alex play his biggest ever headline show to date in his hometown of Manchester’s Academy 2.
