Ahead of her eagerly anticipated debut album The Consequence of Love next month, Scottish singer-songwriter Rianne Downey has released the latest taste with ‘Good In Goodbye’.
It is the fourth single to be taken from The Consequence Of Love, which lands on October 17th via Run On Records.
Rianne commented on the release of the album opener: “This song is about coming to terms with growing older, embracing change, and realising that love and loss are intertwined.”
“It’s a reflection on finding peace in goodbyes and trusting that heartbreak is the doorway to growth.”
The 10-track debut was produced by Grammy winner, Ryan Hadlock (Zach Bryan, Brandi Carlisle) and recorded at Seattle’s Bear Creek Studio.
Following its release, Rianne will set off on a run of UK & Ireland dates through winter 2025.
Kicking off with a sold-out show at Hull’s Central Library on October 12th, the tour includes a sold-out date at London’s OMEARA on October 29th, before culminating with a sold-out hometown show at The Old Fruitmarket in Glasgow on December 6th.
Rianne has also announced a new London date at One Ninety Four on March 5th 2026 due to demand.
If that wasn’t enough, Rianne will also be supporting Tom Grennan on select dates across his September arena tour.
