Acclaimed musician, producer, and songwriter, Midge Ure has revealed details of “A Man Of Two Worlds Tour”, in May and June 2026

The unique tour will comprise classic album tracks and fan favourites with cinematic instrumentals, as Midge takes fans on a journey through his incredible career.

After celebrating his 70th birthday with a sold-out Royal Albert Hall show in 2023, Midge Ure set off on a major UK tour in 2024.

His 2026 tour now comes with a bold new live concept, as Midge’s often-overlooked instrumental pieces will act as sonic bridges between fan favourites and classic hits from his extensive discography.

Midge commented: “This is my two worlds coming together. Almost every album I have made over the last 40+ years has featured at least one instrumental track. Instrumental music is one of my main loves.

“I realised most of these have never been performed live. So my intention on this tour is to seamlessly insert some of these atmospheric, cinematic instrumentals between a selection of hits and favourite album tracks.”

Bringing a “multi sensory narrative” to the stages, Midge Ure plans to take the audience on a journey rather than just play a list of individual songs.

It is set to be an immersive experience for the audience both visually and sonically.

As an iconic figure in music already, including being the co-writer and producer of Band Aid hit “Do They Know It’s Christmas?” and Live Aid organiser, it is testament to Midge Ure’s creativity and love for music that he continues to innovative with his performances.
