Jacob Alon Releases Debut Album “In Limerence”

One of our “Ones to Watch in 2025“, Scottish singer-songwriter Jacob Alon‘s debut album, “In Limerence”, is out now!

Released via Island / EMI Records, and recorded in London with Dan Carey on production duties, it is a landmark moment for one of the UK’s most hotly tipped artists.

The Fife musician has been putting a fresh stamp on British contemporary folk music, with haunting vocals and unique storytelling.

Many feel Alon is on the cusp of a major breakthrough, and the debut album could prove to be the perfect springboard ahead of a Glastonbury appearance and full UK & European support slot with Kae Tempest.

In the coming days, Jacob concludes a handful of in-store performances and headline dates in Manchester, Glasgow and Liverpool.

It precedes two support slots at London’s Royal Albert Hall for Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
